PVC Mixer With Cooler is an essential part of a PVC compounding and processing plant, used for homogenizing PVC resin with additives like stabilizers, lubricants, plasticizers, fillers, and pigments. • Vessels are dual jacketed. Inner vessel fabricated from 5 mm thick stainless steel sheet. Outer jacket fabricated from heavy steel sheet with Water inlet and outlets provided.
• Aluminum cast / fabricated lid and discharge valve will be pneumatic operated.
• Blades made from stainless steel and treated for hard face coating on the mixing edges for long lasting. Stainless steel baffles plate with facility to change the angle, for different compounds. Thermocouple provided in the bottom of baffles so that it remains in contact of material under mixing.
• It will show the real temperature of mixing batch.
• Teflon ring provided in the bottom of vessel, Oil seal housing with oil seal below the vessel providing for perfect sealing and avoid material leakage into bearings.
• Control Panel having mixer motor control, Ampere meter, Temperature controller, hooter/ indicator and main switch.
